Position Title Adjunct Instructor - Public Speaking
Job Duties

Job responsibilities include preparing and teaching basic speech classes for general education. The instructor would collaborate with the Speech faculty and the Faculty Development Team as needed to ensure continued success. This is a part-time faculty position and the instructor could teach from one to three classes. Continued adjunct teaching is a possibility beyond the Fall term. Butler uses electronic grade books and other forms of mediated communication. Free training is offered and required.

The successful candidate should have a master’s degree in speech communication or a related communication discipline. Teaching experience is preferred.
